Information we collect
We collect only what you send us through the quote request and contact forms:
- your name, company, email address and phone number;
- your requirement: product, grade, size, quantity, delivery location and any message.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if an order follows, to fulfil it and keep the records that commercial and tax law require. We do not send newsletters or marketing unless you ask for them, and we do not sell or rent your information.
How it is sent and stored
Form submissions reach our sales team as email through a transactional email service acting on our instructions, and are then kept as ordinary business correspondence in our email systems. The spam check on the forms only tests that a submission was made by a person.
Third parties
We share information only with the providers that run the website and deliver email, and only as needed to deliver your enquiry to us, or where the law requires. The contact page embeds a Google map of our registered office; loading it sends your IP address to Google, which handles it under the Google privacy policy. Links to Google Maps elsewhere on the site open the Google Maps website.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. Records relating to orders are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it. Write to info@skisco.in.
